The Governors are seeking an outstanding classroom Teaching Assistant with a proven track record of raising attainment to join our highly committed staff to support a child with moderate learning difficulties.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Experienced in supporting pupils’ learning through intervention strategies in Mathematics and English.
  • Have experience of working with children on a 1 to 1 basis to support learning.
  • Committed to raising standards, ensuring children achieve their full potential in acquiring the essential skills needed in reading, writing and numeracy.
  • Adaptable and able to work on their own initiative & as part of a team.
  • Committed to working in partnership with colleagues, other professionals and families.
  • Be highly motivated with energy, vision and a passionate commitment to high quality teaching and learning.
  • Demonstrate high expectations and standards in learning, teaching and behaviour.
