We have an excellent new opportunity for an outstanding candidate to join our Housing Services Team and assist with the management of rent and service charges across Hexagon.
This role is ideal if you have some experience in service charges or leasehold and are keen to develop specialist knowledge in rent and service charge management. We will provide on the job training with a view to you becoming our rent and service charge subject expert within two years.
You will support the development and implementation of effective service charge management systems across Hexagon, in addition to providing support to your colleagues on rent and service charge issues.
You will have:
- A proven background of working in the social housing sector.
- Up-to-date knowledge of leasehold legislation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues to customers and colleagues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- An understanding of rent and service charge processes.
- Excellent IT and numeracy skills.
