As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to provide first class administration support for our team of 20 Building Control Survyeors, our partners and other departments within the Local Authority that work closely with us in Building Control.
This exciting opportunity includes communicating regularly via telephone, email and face to face with the general public, therefore customer service skills and experience are key to this role.
Building Control Solutions is a shared service between Wokingham Borough, West Berkshire and Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Councils.
As a Support Officer you are key to registering applications, issuing completion certificates, booking inspections and lots more.
We are seeking a highly organised, conscientious and a strong team player to join our very busy and fast paced Support Team.
