Our commercial services team manages 4,000 bed spaces across eleven locations. We work with Universities and NHS Trusts to provide affordable accommodation to students and key workers.
We’re looking for a talented individual to lead our new projects and support team. This is a unique opportunity in the Treasury & Commercial department. It’ll be perfect for someone who is customer focused, performance driven, analytical and forward thinking.
Overview of the role:
- Leading a team of four providing efficient back office support across eleven locations
- Overseeing our performance against compliance and contractual obligations
- Project managing service improvement initiatives across the portfolio
- Building on our customer experience and ‘resident life’ offer
- Producing meaningful reports for our key stakeholders.
Applicants should have:
- Project management experience or relevant qualification
- Understanding of accommodation management practices (ANUK framework is desirable)
- Experience with improving the ‘customer experience’
- Experience of reporting performance to internal and external stakeholders.
