Join our team as a Recovery Worker

You’ll give people access to a full range of services by liaising with mental health teams, GP surgeries, the local council and charities etc. You’ll also develop your leadership skills by taking on lead area(s). Other aspects of the job include entering accurate case notes onto our IT system, leading group activities, dispensing medication and cooking house meals with residents.

The right personal qualities are essential. You’re happy working both independently and as a valued member of our team, work well under pressure and know how to connect with people at all levels. Oh and you’re caring, consistent, flexible, creative and, like us, you are keen to break down the stigma of mental health.

In return, expect some excellent benefits:

  • 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.

  • Training and development opportunities.
  • Full Time/Part Time/Casual/Job Share hours available.
