As an experienced Team Leader or Supervisor you will support the Service Manager in the delivery of an effective and efficient recruitment and resourcing service through the monitoring, supervision and support of a team of Recruitment and Resourcing Officers. You will therefore be able to carry out work in a logical sequence and operate a variety of administrative systems and processes with accuracy.

In addition, you will support the operation of the third-party Agency Worker acquisition system, ensuring services are able to access agency workers in line with agreed procedure where these are deemed to be the most appropriate resourcing option.

To succeed in this role you will have a strong customer focus and will be a persuasive communicator with ability to challenge and influence a range of stakeholders.

If can demonstrate that you have the skills, knowledge and experience required for this role we would love to hear from you.
