In 2019, we are embarking on an exciting period of change and modernisation to our services delivering an ambitious Corporate Plan which builds on the aims of our founders in a modern context. We are now recruiting an Executive Assistant to provide an effective, high profile support to our Chief Executive. This is an exciting and varied role and a rare opportunity to join a specialist organisation championing women’s housing issues.
The successful candidate will have previous relevant experience working as an Executive Assistant/PA ideally at executive level although this is not essential. The role includes taking responsibility for extensive diary management, managing and responding to communications, coordinating projects and events on behalf of the CEO and ensuring meetings are properly serviced including agenda planning, taking minutes and preparing papers as well as arranging travel and accommodation.
The successful candidate will help steer changes by supporting the CEO. A strong customer focus is essential supporting our residents and colleagues. Understanding the nuances of different audiences by utilising communication skills to influence, network, and represent the CEO and organisation at all levels with confidence and credibility, is the start of the variety and challenge offered with this role.
