Apprentice - Contact Centre
2 Year Contract

We are currently looking to appoint an Apprentice in our Contact Centre team that is responsible for the provision of telephone support, acting as a first point of contact, to our residents.
In this wonderful opportunity you will be given the opportunity to learn all about working in and managing a busy contact centre. You will be supported in the role with your manager, a mentor within the business and receive training in the role. You will also get the opportunity to assist the Contact Centre Coordinators in all the administration surrounding aspects such as improving productivity and processes, IT and telephony support.
