ESOL Advice Service MIS and Research Officer (PO2 – salary indicative, subject to evaluation -fixed term for 12 months with possibility for extension)

Born from the borough’s selection as one of only five Integration Area pilots nationally - and the only one in London - Connecting Communities will establish innovative solutions to local needs. In doing so we will empower residents to take the lead in their communities and be the catalyst for change, and provide them with the support and infrastructure required to achieve their ambitions.
This is a bold and wide ranging plan, and a key component will be our MIS and Research Officer!
Connecting Communities is more than a programme; it represents a new movement that will impact across the community, council and partners - and the MIS and Research Officer will play an integral role. We’re looking for people who can not only handle that pressure, but embrace it. This role requires proactive and confident individuals who can develop new ideas, challenge perceptions, and identify opportunities working alongside the voluntary and community sector, local residents and services.
