These are exciting times in Adult Social Care, with the Transformation Programme delivering innovation and improvement and efficiency projects in the service. The post holder will play a central role in ensuring key projects support the ambitions set out in the new Strategic Plan Supporting People Connecting Communities and the Adult Social Care Transformation Programme.
We are currently seeking two Project Managers (to work on Adult Social Care Change Projects) to join the cross council Strategy & Change Service. The postholder will lead the delivery of one or a number of complex projects to bring about effective and positive change across adult social care as part of the Adult Social Care Transformation Programme.
The post holder would be expected to have experience and understanding of working/learning in one or more of these areas: project management in a complex environment, service reviews and service transformation, risk, issue and interdependency management, organisational design & change management, business case development and adult social care or similar environment.
This role is also subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
