We are looking for a client side Construction Project Manager to work on projects within the Property Development Team to develop the town centre of Royal Tunbridge Wells.

This is an important role in delivering the Council’s high profile town centre projects to deliver its aspirational vision for the future.

You need to be a self motivated, proactive project manager who has experience in successful delivery of construction projects. Your motivation will be the successful, professional delivery of the client aspirations, balancing quality, cost and programme to always deliver the brief.

We are a specialist professional team working closely with consultant advisors to deliver the Council’s development ambitions and this is a fantastic opportunity for you to contribute to empowering generational change in one of the most vibrant towns in the South East.

Additional benefits include 32 days holiday (increasing to 35 days after five years Local Government service) and membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme. In addition you can expect support for CPD and payment of professional fees.
