Hightown is a charitable housing association operating principally in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire,Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. We believe everyone should have a home and the support they need, so our aim is to build new homes and to provide excellent housing and support.
We currently manage over 6,000 homes and employ over 1,000 full and part time staff from our head office in Hemel Hempstead. We have an annual turnover of £82 million and a development programme that will deliver around 400 new affordable homes each year.
About the Role
We currently have an opportunity for a Business Information Analyst on a fixed term contract (potential to extend).
This new and exciting role will work across the business carrying out research and analysing data in order inform the senior management team and Board to aid strategic decisions. Initially focusing on developing a robust process to produce a real time Business Plan this role will require a good understanding of development process and associated financial implications.
The Business Information Analyst will play a vital role in undertaking in depth research and analysis to understand the currentneeds and forecast future needs; as well as looking at new models and approaches for services that may be commissioned, which maximise partnership working and funding opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have worked in property based environment or will be able to show exceptional transferrable skills and knowledge. You will need to have a good working knowledge of SQL Reporting Services 2012 (or equivalent), a quick learner with a can do approach is paramount as is excellent verbal and written communication skills.
We are looking for someone who is pro-active and enthusiastic, is highly organised and can multitask effectively. You will have experience of accurate data input and demonstrate high levels of attention to detail.
