About the role

Reigate & Banstead Borough Council have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMO Coordinator to join their Programme Management Office. The PMO is central to the organisation and your work will be key in delivering our ambitious Corporate Plan objectives, ensuring a consistent approach to programme and project management.

Working as part of a small team, the successful candidate will undertake a range of duties, which will include provision of programme and project management support, championing the council’s project management framework, providing support to governance groups, analysis and reporting of project performance and the maintenance of our programme library.

If you’re looking for an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and want to contribute to a wide range of projects, from small to larger-scale regeneration projects, this is the perfect role for you. 

About you

We are looking for an individual with previous PMO and project experience who can hit the ground running. In addition to your impeccable attention to detail, you’ll also need to be an excellent communicator who can effectively champion the PMO framework and engage with people across the council at all levels.

It is also important that you can interpret and analyse data, so you are able to effectively report on project performance.

This role will provide the ideal opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a changing environment and contributing towards making a difference.
