Here at Octavia we are recruiting for an exceptional and talented Sheltered Team Leader, working a flexible 21 hours per week. Salary £20, 238
As Team Leader you will manage a small team to deliver an on-site service to ensure all key operational targets are met that include safety, security, void and tenancy management.
As part of our Supported Housing Team, you will have full management responsibilityfor the performance of the scheme managers and will form close relationships with colleagues across the organisation as well as within your own team to ensure that our residents are provided with a seamless service
The Sheltered Team leader will ensure services are aligned to resident and community needs and that Octavia leads in providing housing excellence, you will need to demonstrate an excellent, personalised customer first approach. You will have a proven commitment to take ownership, an empathy and understanding of issues that are important to older and vulnerable people, creating solutions that improve service delivery and maximise customer satisfaction
The successful candidate for this role will have experience in a similar customer focused role within a supported/sheltered housing environment so will be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of enhanced housing management, promoting independence and developing support networks.
