Equality, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) is about ensuring we value our people and the people we serve, whoever they are. We truly recognise the importance of ED&I and this is linked to our stated values.

The role will take you across all aspects of our work, including equality impact assessments, staff training, performance, external equality accreditations and supporting our Equality and Diversity Group
You will need to be a proactive self-starter, have a keen interest in and understanding of ED&I matters, and the drive to make a real difference. As important, you will have excellent people skills, able to work collaboratively and use your influencing skills to create meaningful change with a variety of stakeholders.
This is a full-time permanent position which could be considered on a job-share basis. The role is based within our Planning, Performance and Governance Team at our London office, but you will also work closely with our Human Resources Team.
