Here at JGP, we’re always on the lookout for talented new people to join our team. We’re seeking someone with a desire to learn and develop their skills as a Sales Executive. This is a vital position that will proactively grow our brand, product and services by contacting new and existing clients. Your job will be to provide a first-class client experience, cementing us as the leading supplier and industry expert on digital recruitment solutions for the public and charity sectors.

 

This is an exciting time for us as we grow our teams and business. As our new Sales Executive, you will be vital in expanding our client base and overall reach.

 

The Role

We need someone who can take our client relationships to the next level. By making detailed contact plans, you’ll ensure our existing and new clients remain up to date on our full suite of products and services, thereby creating new business opportunities. We’ll look to you to drive revenue from new & existing clients, achieving revenue targets to help us meet our goals. You’ll also provide our clients with expert advice and a great customer experience, offering them the best solutions for their recruitment challenges.

 

Keeping records up to date, you’ll effectively plan account management activity and maintain consistent and regular client contact. By building your own personal brand, you’ll be able to offer our clients a credible, personable experience to suit their individual needs. You’ll manage expectations, offering honest, detailed advice and data-driven recommendations.

 

With dedicated 1-1 training and support, as well as an open-door management policy, we’ll give you all the tools you need to become an expert in your field. As you become more experienced your responsibilities will grow and change, making this a role you can truly shape to be your own where no two days will be the same.

Who we’re looking for

We need someone who puts clients at the heart of what they do, whilst balancing their needs with our organisation’s goals. You’ll be friendly, an excellent communicator and take real pride in the strength of the relationships you’re building.

 

While no specific qualification or experience is required, you may come from a recruitment, customer service or sales background. What’s most important to us is a desire to continually improve the service you’re offering our clients while refining your own knowledge and style. You’ll need to be motivated by targets and have the drive to achieve success, facing complex challenges and pressures head-on.
