We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Sales Executive to join us.
You’ll be a vital member of our Sales Team, managing a set of key accounts. Your primary focus will be creating new business, increasing the number of organisations we work with and growing our contacts. We’ll also expect you to build on the relationships we already have with our clients, driving more transactions from our existing base.
This is an office-based role predominantly over the phone but as you nurture your accounts you’ll have the opportunity to visit your key clients. By building your own personal brand and offering a first-class service, you’ll build great relationships that cement us as the first choice for recruitment solutions.

We’re looking for someone with strong outbound sales experience, ideally in a similar role. You’ll be an excellent communicator, confident on the phone and someone our clients will immediately trust to offer them the best advice. You’ll be passionate, independent and strategic – organising your own pipeline and driving yourself to achieve the best results.
While you’ll be fully supported with training and an induction programme, we need someone who can hit the ground running and start making an impact straight away. You’ll use your proven track record of achieving great results to immediately make your mark at JGP.
