North East Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group is responsible for commissioning high quality health and adult social care services for a population of approximately 170,000. We work closely with providers of health services, local government, regulatory bodies, voluntary and carer groups, patient representatives and the general public to achieve the best health and care outcomes possible and to ensure high quality, safe and effective services.
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join NELCCG as an Executive Office Administrator. This role requires the provision of an efficient and effective secretarial and administrative service to senior management team and clinical and service leads with the CCG.
The successful candidate will need to have proven experience of producing highly accurate notes/ minutes of formal meetings as this is a large element of the role with these meetings taking place either in-house or externally. They should have experience of working in a busy administrative environment and have excellent organisational, communications and diary management skills. It is essential that the successful candidate has excellent computer skills and a wide knowledge of most Microsoft pacakages especially outlook, word, excel and onenote.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work under their own initiative, be flexible and have a conscientious approach to their work, with the willingness to learn new skills.
Due to the timings of meetings that the post holder would need to attend and minute, and to ensure cover within the team the successful candidate would need to be flexible with their working days and hours.
