Hours: Full Time - 36 hours per week. Monday - Friday
Salary: £32,430 - £34,794
An exciting opportunity has arisen for full-time Hub Coordinator working within the Support and Wellbeing Service in Homes for Haringey. The Service provides support to older and vulnerable adults with varying needs to maintain their independence within the community.
We are looking for creative and dynamic people who will actively promote resident's independence and choice whilst ensuring they have access to a variety of community resources.
You will oversee the provision of a highly responsive service that enables residents to develop and maintain essential life skills and focuses on empowering people to develop the confidence to live independently in the community. A thorough understanding of housing related support and the needs of older, vulnerable people is essential.
Experience of partnership working and developing services would be useful, as well as managing multiple sites with a flexible and outcome focused approach.
Hub Coordinators will be in regular contact with service users, families, carers, other professionals and partner agencies, therefore the role will require you to have excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with a sensitive and professional approach. In addition, the Hub Coordinator will have direct line management responsibility of two Support and Wellbeing Workers.
The ideal candidate will have strong management and leadership skills, be able to develop themselves as well as others and be able to build positive working relationships with internal and external partners.

If you have experience of working with older and/or vulnerable client groups, have an understanding of their needs, are a strong leader and have the ability to provide a high level service we would like to hear from you. The role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
