Support and Wellbeing Worker

Hours: Full Time - 36 hours per week. Monday - Friday.
Salary: £24,462 - £25,809
We have a fantastic opening for a Support and Wellbeing Worker to join our team and provide support to our customers across Haringey.
This is an exciting time to join Homes for Haringey as we are recruiting to several roles across the area. The primary focus of our services is to support customers in a range of areas including improving independent life skills, quality of life and building stability through a range of social activities.
Homes for Haringey is a key provider of supported housing supplying sheltered and secure accommodation for older people (normally 55+) with support needs. The aim of our services is to ensure our customers achieve their own goals and aspirations through the support and encouragement of our staff.
Although previous supported housing experience would be suitable for this role, we are also looking for inspirational individuals who will seize the potential of making a difference in people's lives. We want to find motivational individual's that have a genuine interest working with vulnerable people and delivering a person-centred service.
We like our staff to have the autonomy to think creatively and independently so we can enhance our services and the wellbeing of our customers. We want our customers to feel empowered so we are looking for passionate individuals that will invest the time with our residents including the coordination of social activities.
We are looking for individuals who are proficient in building and following individual support plans and risk assessments. This is a fundamental part of the role so you will need to demonstrate experience in managing and support plans with vulnerable individuals.
Full time hours are 36 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 0900 - 1700)
