Our Customer Services team is the first point of contact for customers who visit our offices or telephone our Contact Centre. We assist customers across a wide range of council services by providing information or recording their service requests, or by ensuring that they are referred to the right service area.
Working hours: 37 hrs Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm (full-time permanent)
The salary scale for this post is scale D (£18,795) to Scale F (£24, 799).
The starting salary will be at our scale D (£18,795) with progression depending on experience, skills and knowledge, as detailed in the job description to scale F (£24,799).
