You will be the lead lawyer for Property and Regeneration and deal withsome high profile and transformational projects, reporting to the Head ofContracts and Commercial. You willmanage a busy team of Lawyers and be responsible for the provision of highquality solution focussed services to internal and external clients.
You will be able to demonstrate significant experience of undertakingcomplex legal work in the area of Property and Regeneration and a soundunderstanding of the applicable legal framework. You will be able to advise confidently ongovernance and other issues relating to large schemes. You will be able to demonstrate experience ofmanaging a team and of dealing with senior officers and Members of the Council.
