We are currently looking for a Teacher for pupils with severe and profound learning difficulties on a 1 year fixed term contract to commence September 2019  

Abbey Court School caters for pupils aged 3-19 with Severe Learning Difficulties, and is currently located in pleasant surroundings on

2 Strood sites; Cliffe Road (Nursery & Primary) and Rede Court Road (Secondary & Further Education). The Primary provision is located in a new purpose built facility.

 

      ** judged ‘outstanding’ in last 3 Ofsted inspections

      ** IT and curriculum resources of enviable proportions

        ** Comprehensive induction and training provided

** would suit NQT’s or those wishing to gain further experience of SEN

(open to applicants due to qualify in Summer 2019)

Due to the conditions and complex needs of the pupils at Abbey Court School, continuity and consistency of support is paramount and therefore candidates for all positions will need to commit to the full working hours of the post.
