Strategic Property Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a new dynamic team focused on delivering major property and asset based projects that will help the Council continue to provide good quality services to the residents of South Holland. The role is key in providing strategic commercial property advice, leading from the front in creating successful income generating opportunities and economic growth within South Holland’s district.

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, focused individual with a property related qualification and a proven track record in delivering results within the commercial property market. You will lead on a full range of work including: acquisition and disposal programmes. Ability to work with partners across multiple delivery channels to gain maximum investment returns in a variety of ways. You will have excellent communication & interpersonal skills to work within multi-discipline teams both internal and external. You will also be confident and experienced in presenting and proposing schemes to a variety of stakeholders and be solution-focused.
