Planning Officer Career Grade – Spatial Planning (Infrastructure Delivery Team)

The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham are currently recruiting to their Planning Service and seeking ambitious Planning Officers join their team. Based in central London, you’ll be working at the heart of an exciting industrial growth and regeneration plan. This rare chance to progress your planning career, while working on some of London’s most exciting projects, cannot be found elsewhere.

Our Career Grade Planning Officer roles offer the opportunity to get involved with our work no matter what level you are at in your career. We’re seeking Planning Officers for the following areas:

Development Planning

Our Development Planning Team use high-level plan making skills to deliver regeneration across the borough. You’ll work on spatial planning projects across Hammersmith & Fulham, ensuring that your projects keep within budget and that potential variances are flagged in the correct way.

Infrastructure Delivery

This team use infrastructure delivery skills to support regeneration across the borough.  Through the innovative and practical use of S106 planning obligations, CIL and funding mechanisms you’ll ensure all developments have the infrastructure they need to be successful and sustainable.

Development Management (Strategic Applications, North & South Area Teams)

Our Development Management Team work on dynamic projects across Hammersmith & Fulham, shaping the way regeneration is delivered across the borough. You’ll be responsible for a caseload of projects to meet your own performance targets – undertaking work of complexity that will correspond with your level
