More about the role:
An opportunity has arisen to join our Building Control team as a Principal Surveyor. Using your skills, qualifications and depth of experience, you will check plans and inspect sites for Building Regulation compliance. You will be working with builders, developers, agents and the public on a range of projects, ranging from domestic building works to sizable residential property developments and large commercial/complex buildings.
You must be professionally qualified RICS, CABE or equivalent witha focus on all projects achieving compliance, with excellent customer skills. You will also need to be a great communicater sharing detailed information on site, on the phone and via email.
