Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Salary - up to £28,000
12 month FTC - 35 hours per week
Our successful and well established internal Talent Acquisition team is requires a progressive and resilient Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our team in the continued implementation of a first class recruitment service.
In this varied role you will be supporting both the Talent Acquisition Manager and Partners by being the first point of contact for all Talent Acquisition related queries, departmental cost control, capacity planning and reporting. You will also have the opportunity to develop your Talent Acquisition skills through supporting all recruitment/sourcing activities and assisting with the organisation of recruitment events.
To be successful in this role you will have already gained some experience in a busy Talent Acquisition/HR role with strong knowledge and working experience on Applicant Tracking Systems, recruiting through social networks. Ideally you will also hold a level 3 CIPD qualification or similar/related degree.
