36 hours per week
To engage with families who are at level 3 or 4 on the continuum on need and to empower them the identify a family plan that will address the safeguarding concerns the Local Authority may have. This post also includes meeting with and establishing the wishes and feelings of all family members including the children and ensuring their voices are central to the outcomes of the conference.
You must be hard working, organised but above all else, passionate about improving the outcomes for children, young people and their families and strive to be the difference in their lives. You will have a case load of 6-8 families and will need to feel confident in liaising with and at times, challenging when necessary other professionals.
