This role

As the HR & Bank Resource Coordinator you will deliver a high quality, customer focused HR service by providing first line advisory support to internal managers and colleagues. You will support the HR Business Partners in the coordination of casework, investigations, collating TUPE information and other administration tasks as needed.

You will also own the administration of Care & Support bank workers for the South region. This will include ensuring all Care & Support Bank staff have completed DBS checks, pre-employment checks and contractual arrangements are in place. You will be responsible for generating and maintaining a supply pool that are ready to work when required.

This role will be based in our London, Clapham Road office but will require regular travel to other London offices and occasional travel to Midlands offices.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have good working knowledge of HR practice and Employment Law as well as recruitment best practice. You will have experience of DBS checking, safer recruitment and knowledge of working in a professional HR transaction or advice function.

You will be a strong team player with strong interpersonal skills, a positive approach and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
