About the role

Can you shape how we deliver projects and want to take the next step in your project management career?

Here at JGP, we aim to ensure that our projects leave client’s felling satisfied whilst remaining profitable to the company. As our Project Manager, you will be at forefront of organising and monitoring the success of these projects. You’ll deliver them in the way that best suits the brief, your methodology and the delivery team.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of Digital and Development projects, coordinating processes to make sure they are delivered on time and to a high standard. You’ll also be the go-to person for both the clients and sales team, providing accurate and coherent communication throughout the delivery of projects.

If you want to take the next step in your project management career and formulate your own way of working, this is the perfect role for you.

About the person

In this multi-faceted role, you’ll need to possess the technical know-how to confidently manage and report on all aspects of the projects you will be undertaking. This will be crucial for projects across working backends and frontend developers, and especially during the consultation of more complex development products.

As an expert problem solver, you’ll need to be reactive to our client’ s needs, ensuring that they are fully aware of all project deadlines and specifications, while also responding appropriately to any queries they may have.

Most importantly, you’ll need excellent organisational and communication skills to ensure that team members are able to carry out their part in the delivery process, as well as implementing a system that allows for visibility for all involved in the project.

While no specific qualifications are necessary, you’ll need at least one year of project management experience in a similar digital, technical or development role.
