Wirral Council's Intelligence Service is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Intelligence Analyst to join the service. The role will focus on social care and health intelligence working with commissioners in Wirral Health and Care Commissioner and the Council. The post plays an important part in the provision of high-quality research and analysis to drive evidence-based decision making and commissioning. 


The post holder will have high level analytical and research skills, with experience of developing intelligence to measure and improve outcome delivery and to critically challenge and support management to drive continuous improvement. The post also offers an opportunity for analysts to further develop their skills in exciting areas such as cost benefit breakdown, forecasting, market analysis, demand and capacity modelling and working with analytical tools such as Power BI.
