We’re looking for a keen professional with experience of working in a modern, busy office environment. We expect you to be passionate about customer service, keen to develop yourself and enjoy helping others across several sites around Kent. This is a fabulous opportunity for the right person that offers the scope to develop beyond traditional Desktop Support into other areas such as networking and application support
You will primarily be based at either our Maidstone or Tunbridge Wells office but travel to Sittingbourne and other sites may be necessary.
To be successful, it is essential that you have
- At least two years’ experience in 1st/2ndline helpdesk role
- Strong hardware maintenance skills - covering laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
- Experience supporting Office 365 in a Windows 10 environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Full, Clean UK driving Licence
This role is customer-facing and the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is an essential element of the role. It is a full-time, permanent position.
