West Berkshire Council is looking to recruit two Residential Care Officers (RCO) for Willows Edge Home which provides residential care for older and infirm people, many with a diagnosis of dementia; we aim to offer a friendly, safe and secure environment in which our residents can live their lives with dignity.
We are looking for Residential Care Officers who, as part of a senior team, can support the Manager and Assistant Unit Manager with the development of the home and provide advice, guidance and leadership to the staff team. The RCO will have a hands on role running shifts and be responsible for supervising and supporting our staff to deliver the best care possible.

This role has been identified as public facing in accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2017; the requirement to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence in English applies.
