Starting Salary: £26,999 pa progressing to £29,636 pa dependent on experience (pro rata for part time hours)

We are excited to be recruiting a HR Officer to join our HR Systems Team.

As a HR Officer you will be required to work with a variety of stakeholders to identify business process improvement, detail requirements and translate these into requirement specifications. You will join at an exciting time where the organisation is undertaking a number of transformation projects reviewing how we provide our support service function, looking at improving the journey for our customers and reducing the time needed to be spent on HR administration tasks.

Working in a supportive team, you will find your HR colleagues approachable and encouraging. You will enjoy the freedom to work flexibly to enable you to balance home life whilst meeting the demands of the service. 

You will need to have some knowledge of HR business processes as well as an understanding of project management.  You will need to be able to prioritise and to be able to verbally and in a written format present accurate information. An understanding of SAP or other HR systems would be beneficial but above all we need someone with the right attitude and behaviours.  We need someone with a can-do attitude, a team player, someone with the ability to build good relationships and make good connections with our partners and across HR, with the ability to build credibility and act professionally to deliver good outcomes.
