We are excited to be recruiting a Senior HR Officer to join our HR Systems Team.

You will work with the HR Manager to oversee a workplan of activity associated with a wide range of system improvements linked to HR policies and procedures. You will join at an exciting time where the organisation is undertaking a number of transformation projects reviewing how we provide our support service function, looking at improving the journey for our customers and reducing the time needed to be spent on HR administration tasks. You will work closely with a number of stakeholders including third parties and senior managers

Working in a supportive team, you will find your HR colleagues approachable and encouraging. You will enjoy the freedom to work flexibly to enable you to balance home life whilst meeting the demands of the service.

You will need to have some technical knowledge in HR business processes as well as an understanding of employment law, managing change, and project management.  You will be required to provide detailed reports and requirement specifications using a range of information to ensure that any intervention has clearly defined outcomes and measures of success.   An understanding of SAP or other HR systems would be beneficial but above all we need someone with the right attitude and behaviours.  We need someone with a can-do attitude, a team player, someone with the ability to build good relationships and make good connections with our partners and across HR, with the ability to build credibility and act professionally to deliver good outcomes. If this sounds like you and you can demonstrate your ability to deliver in this way, then we would definitely be interested in hearing from you.

For an informal chat about the roles or any questions please contact Helen Blowers 01992 556336 (26336) or Paul Chamberlain 01707 292721 (82721)

Closing date: 28 July 2019
Interview date: 7 & 8 August 2019
