In this role, you'll be responsible for the development, management operation and delivery of administrative support across the service, inclusive of minute taking. You will take a lead role in the operations of Early Years SEND support/funding administration including some financial tasks.


You will ensure we have accurate financial records to aid service management, financial planning and forecasting.


You will support recruitment processes, performance management training and mentoring systems for staff across the service.


We are looking for someone who can proactively and efficiently resolve issues that arise, whilst retaining a customer focus.


You'll need to be qualified in business administration preferably with advanced qualifications in IT, databases or software. Your experience should include business administration including financial procedures. You will have experience of meeting strict deadlines and working off your own initiative. You will need a track record of a high standard of customer service with good knowledge of data protection.


Above all you will be looking to improve the way we engage with our employees/residents/customers to ensure they are at the heart of everything we do.
