Scale 4, Salary £19,544 - £21,166 pro rata

Who you are… A strong administrator and confident team player, you have excellent attention to detail to ensure a high quality service is delivered at all times. You like to get stuck in and are not afraid to contribute with new ideas and take on challenges. You will be an effective communicator and confident to respond to members of the public, our partners and our internal customers.
What we need from you… You will be based in our SEND team working with parents, carers, partners and schools to ensure that children are supported in education. With previous experience in a business support role, you will be able to build strong relationships with team members to ensure expectations of the service are agreed and met. Strong IT skills are a must, as are good communication and interpersonal skills to manage a demanding workload. Able to work on your own initiative, you will be able to pre-empt issues and opportunities and address these proactively to stay one step ahead.
The successful applicant for this post will be subject to an enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
