Homes for Haringey have an exciting opportunity for a Feedback Officer to join our offices located in Wood Green, North London. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate, customer driven individual looking to develop their skills within our high performing and dynamic team.

The feedback team is vital in investigating, responding and resolving feedback requests from customers and stakeholders. We want to ensure our customers are informed and valued through clear and effective communication. To achieve this, you will oversee Homes for Haringey's customer & stakeholder feedback scheme (complaints, compliments, suggestions, member enquiries, ombudsman enquiries and Freedom Of Information requests). As well as taking calls and writing feedback responses, you will assist in compiling and analysing performance information to help improve service delivery across all directorates of the organisation.
We are looking for an excellent communicator, both written and verbal who can work collaboratively in a small team. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a customer driven environment, preferably complaints management. You will be part of a stable and growing team who are customer focused and solution driven. This role requires a flexible individual who is a team player that has a keen eye for detail.
