Contract Manager (Fire)
12 Month FTC
£42,500 per annum
35 hours per week
In this business critical role you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, servicing and/or renewal of Fire Safety Systems and/or Equipment ensuring regulatory and/or statutory compliance.
More specifically you will hold responsibility for the FRA Remediation Programme as well as manage all works ensuring compliance and completion to a high standard. You will also be respsonsible for condition inspections, risk assessments and report the findings to enable satisfactory resolutions to be achieved.
To be successful in this role you will have a strong contract management background across MEP services. A background, and certification, in Fire Safety will be highly beneficial but not necessary. You will also be confident and experienced in managing Responsive Repair, Planned Replacement and Servicing/Testing contracts for Fire Safety Systems and Equipment in a multi-disciplined office with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
