This role

This role manages the delivery of business solutions and system including enhancement to BAU systems and ongoing development in line with service plan and budgets.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will need to be a self-starter with an effective analytical and problem solving mind, you will be passionate about identifying, fixing and helping to drive continuous improvement in the business.


  • Oracle R12.1.3 (Payables, Receivables General Ledger, I Expenses, Cash Management, Ebusiness Tax , Purchasing, IProc, HRMS, ISupplier, Payroll)

  • Very good knowledge of the Finance business

  • Experience of managing a business systems functionExperience of DBA skills

  • Experience of deploying agile methodology

  • Must be able to manage projects using Prince 2 methodology

  • Skills to deal with third party suppliers

  • Experience of carrying out functional analysis and production of specifications

  • Expert knowledge or experience of:

    Functional Analysis, Problem Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Applications Support & Development, Release and Deployment Management

  • Knowledge of Insight reporting tool, SQL, PLSQL and Toad is an added advantage


  • Educated to degree level

  • Experience of working with an accommodation management system within a social housing provider
