If you have a background in admin and a strong interest in IT systems and HR we have the perfect opportunity for you in our busy HR department. We are looking for someone to develop our HR software to maximise the opportunities to automate processes and provide a user friendly service to our employees and applicants.
You will act as Systems Administrator for the HR, Learning and Development and Payroll team and take the lead in the development of our hosted integrated HR/Payroll system (iTrent), which is due to be upgraded later this year. You will be our main point of contact with the systems provider (MHR). A knowledge of Business Objects reporting would be preferred as you will need to provide performance data and compile regular monitoring reports, surveys and other statistics.
You will also oversee the development and integration of other software systems used by the department.
In addition to systems development, you will need a strong eye for detail, as you will provide support to the team, issuing contracts and processing new starters, amendments and leavers, salary reviews and other benefits, and assist payroll when necessary.
You will need substantial office experience gained a similar admin environment together with strong computer literacy and analytical skills, with previous experience in maintaining and upgrading computer systems. We need someone who has knowledge of HR/Payroll software systems and preferably of iTrent, but we are happy to train someone on iTrent if necessary if they have experience of different HR/Payroll systems.
We offer an excellent package, including competitive salary, career average salary pension scheme,
an employee benefit scheme offering a range of discounts and salary sacrifice schemes, flexitime and discounted leisure centre membership.
