Contract Manager (Fire)

£42,500 per annum

In this business critical role you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, servicing and/or renewal of Fire Safety Systems and/or Equipment ensuring regulatory and/or statutory compliance.
More specifically you will hold responsibility for the FRA Remediation Programme as well as manage all works ensuring compliance and completion to a high standard. You will also be responsible for condition inspections, risk assessments and report the findings to enable satisfactory resolutions to be achieved.
To be successful, you will have a strong contract management background across MEP services. A background, and certification, in Fire Safety will be highly beneficial but not necessary.
You will also be confident and experienced in managing Responsive Repair, Planned Replacement and Servicing/Testing contracts for Fire Safety Systems and Equipment in a multi-disciplined office with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
