We are currently looking to recruit to a Partnering Team Surveyor to manage and develop our Joint Partnership Contract (Pyramid Plus) working to deliver general property services duties ensuring regular inspections are conducted and being the POC for all of our residents.
You will be tasked with identifying repairs and post inspect completed works. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries promptly, liaising with our operational teams, our residents and local authorities.
You will be required to survey when required and develop a scope of works and help to define, evaluate and improve the effectiveness of business processes.
To be successful, you will ideally have experience of building and housing management and you will have either a HNC or degree in building management. You will come from a customer facing environment and have experience working with a diverse range of clients.
You must have a full driving license and have access to a car.
You will be based from our Ealing office. You must be flexible in terms of travel. The surveying areas are in London within the M25, but will cover other areas when team members are unavailable.
