Do you have Buildings/Property Project Management experience and have experience managing project budgets?

We are currently recruiting for two Property Project Manager's as we look to create a project team off the likely implications of the Hackitt Review.
The project team will be leading on the remediation of known issues within the A2Dominion portfolio. The team will also lead on collating certification to demonstrate safety within the existing portfolio.
As part of your role you will be tasked with delivering a planned programme of remediation and regeneration work for A2Dominion's "tall buildings" portfolio.
This role is in response to the early findings from the Hackitt review post Grenfell.
You will ensure work is carried out according to the appropriate programme cost, quality time etc. and ensure we adhere to all regulatory requirements throughout.
You will have direct responsibility for individual remediation projects from start on site through to project completion.
Part of your role will entail you having to work with our Head of Building Projects and the larger project team to manage consultants, monitor roles and responsibilities and ensure there is always best value for money. You will attend site meetings, build and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders and work to administer contracts and agree contractor's valuations.
To be successful, you will have relevant qualification in Construction/Technical and/or Project Management and have experience of managing project budgets, cash-flows including invoice and account management. You will have had experience of working in a previous Project Manager role on building projects or programmes and have had experience of co-ordinating and managing programmes of work from inception to completion.
