You have a good general level of education, proven experience of carrying out a variety of office duties and a low level of health related absenteeism.  All you need is the perfect environment to put your skills to great use. Welcome to Aquarius as a General Office Assistant.

Right now, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and well-organised individual with a good level of general education to join our friendly team. Day-to-day, we’ll rely on you to provide administrative support that will see you carry out a variety of general office duties. This will include answering phone calls, photocopying, maintaining a filing system, reception duties, processing the post and keeping office supplies well stocked. And that’s not all. Dealing with queries, organising events, arranging meetings, collating information packs and liaising with other services and external customers – all are aspects of this interesting and varied role.

An energetic and confident self-starter who enjoys working on their own initiative, you also have the flexibility it takes to help meet the needs of a busy service (with occasional evening and weekend working required). Great face-to-face communication skills, as well as in writing and on the phone, are essential too, together with the ability to make and maintain good relationships within a team. In terms of office IT skills, we’ll be looking for a word processing qualification or good typing skills, plus proficiency using Microsoft Office applications.

So, are you ready to take on this rewarding role that comes with some really great benefits, including a smartphone? Apply now via our website.

The closing date for this post is 20th August 2019.
