We have a Career Graded Technician post and the successful applicant will be rewarded with an excellent package including the opportunity to study for an apprentice and/or engineering qualification, flexible working hours and an essential car user allowance.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of highway improvement and maintenance projects and we will expect you to take on more responsibility as you gain experience.

To start as a Trainee Technician you should be educated to GCSE level or equivalent including good passes in English, Maths and a Technical or Science subject.  Technicians and Senior Technicians will require a Civil Engineering qualification and relevant experience.

This role has been identified as public facing in accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2017; the requirement to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence in English applies.
