Starting salary, dependant on multi skill level – Level 0: £23,020.00; Level 1: £25,313.00; Level 2: £26,802.00 including tool allowance.

Additional annual laundry allowance £49.56

Progression from starting salary is paid through our Pay and Productivity Agreement


We are seeking motivated electricians to join our In-House Repairs Team to carry out electrical repairs and testing to our housing stock across the district. You will be joining a busy team which undertakes all types of maintenance / building works across a diverse range of occupied and vacant properties. Preference given to multi-skilled operatives.

You must hold a NVQ Level 3 / City and Guilds level 3 in Electrical Installation, BS7671 level 3 18th Edition and City in Guilds testing level 3 2391, (2394+2395) or 2392 

You must have a working knowledge of the relevant Health and Safety Legislation and be able to demonstrate safe working practices.


You must hold a full driving licence.
