Family First provides Early Help Assessment, Interventions, Support and Review to children and families who need Targeted Interventions. This highly professional and strong team deliver improved outcomes to children and families in Knowsley As part of the Early Help and Child Protection Service, the Team Manager is vital in ensuring practice is of a high standard. The Manager ensures workers know their children well and have high aspirations for the children they work with. The Team Manager will take a thematic lead of continuous service improvement and development and contribute to the learning culture within the team A nationally recognised professional qualification relevant to the service that includes accredited knowledge of children and young people’s development, family dynamics and casework models of intervention, (e.g. Social Work, Health, Teaching) or equivalent experience role is essential.

- £51,356 - £52,413 per year
