Our school is a one-form entry, Church of England Primary School with a Nursery in Netherton, Bootle.

The Governing Board of the school are looking to employ a Teaching Assistant and Welfare Assistant to join our school team. We see this as an exciting opportunity for you to work alongside a forward thinking Leadership team who are dedicated to providing the best outcomes for all of our pupils.

We have high standards and expectations of staff, Governors, pupils and parents.

A supportive team committed to developing the teaching and learning throughout the school.

The role is fixed term to support a pupil, initially to 31.08.2026.

Experience working in a primary school is desirable. The positions will involve supporting the child in the classroom and dining hall.

This is an opportunity for an individual to join our dedicated and supportive team. The appointment is for February 2026.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday as follows:

Welfare Assistant 12.10PM - 13.10PM 5 hours

1 to 1 Teaching Assistant 13.10PM - 15.15PM 10.25 hours
