We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our school community. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference to a child’s life and wants to help a child thrive in a nurturing environment.

Role: Part time 1:1 Teaching Assistant – Year 3 (Out of class support with reintegration plans in place)

Hours: 8:30-12:00/ 1-3:10pm (11hrs 20mins per week)

Days: Monday and Tuesday

Contract: Named to individual child

Grade 1

Salary £6,670 to £6,774

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing 1:1 support for a named child, through personalised activities
• Supporting learning and social development during lessons, interventions and playtimes
• Helping to deliver adapted provision in a quiet space or outdoor learning environments
• Working closely with teachers, our SENCO and outside agencies
• Contributing to the “assess, plan, do, review” cycle, supporting individual targets and work towards EHCP outcomes where necessary.
